The courses are mainly aimed at people who are interested
in doing more than just finding out about micro-enterprises.People
are invited to attend in small teams of two or three - the person
interested in having a micro-enterprise and one or two people from
their circle of support. By the end of the course, each team should
leave with practical plans for a micro-enterprise. (They don't have
to carry out the plan, of course, though we hope they will!)
The courses have been arranged by the NDT in partnership
with the Valuing Support Team and (for the South West event) the
National Institute for Mental Health in England (NIMHE). They're
designed as regional events, so open to people from within the region
for each event.
Reservations and charges are controlled by our local
partner for each event, but it's expected that in most instances
there will be no charge for attending the
