Anita Cameron

Anita has a background in health and social care as a social worker, joint commissioner and senior manager of adult services.

Throughout her career she has been involved with partnership work with people who use services, families and organisations in the public and independent sector. Anita has led on many joint projects, crossing boundaries and bringing different perspectives together to develop opportunities for people within and beyond mainstream public services. She has had a regional and national role as part of the Valuing People Support Team and has a long and varied experience in consultancy work.

Anita also has an interest in creative activities, as a practising artist and Chair of a voluntary organisation that creates arts opportunities for all.

Anita has a broad range of experience and expertise but contributes to the work of the NDTi particularly in areas of commissioning, partnership and leadership, organisation development and mental health.
