Anne O'Bryan
Anne O'Bryan has twenty-five years of experience in developing, managing, and improving services for individuals with learning difficulties in the United States and Europe. She is currently providing support and technical assistance to individuals, their families, employers and support services.

- National and local presentations on employment, individual life planning, and community inclusion
- Facilitation of group self-evaluation, planning, and principled change for schools and adult services
- Focus group facilitation for accessible booklets for Barclays Bank, Centrica and The Post Office
- Employment Development advisor to the Valuing People Support Team and the in Control group
- Developer of a “Jobs” web page for the in Control website
- Co-developer of a variety of approaches aimed at getting more people with learning disabilities great careers including: Person centred job coaching and Customised Employment training, Family Led Jobs initiatives, Valued in public action learning events for employers and Partnership Board Employment network coordination aimed at overcoming the barriers to permanent paid careers
