Anita Wilkins - Evaluation Manager

Anita’s role as Evaluation Manager for OPP includes overseeing the design and development of the organisation’s evaluation methodologies and materials. She also project manages some of the Evaluation work, including the Local Evaluation of the Dorset Partnerships for Older People Programme (POPP) - as part of which she manages the network of 15 Local Evaluators (older people recruited, trained and supported to work with OPP on this and other Evaluation projects).

Anita studied a BSc in Environmental Management at Lancaster University, followed by a Masters in Research in Environment and Development that involved 3 months field research in Bangladesh. Employment roles prior to her current work have included evaluating waterway regeneration projects in East London, and project managing recycling/environmental research projects for a consultancy team based in Bristol. Social issues, community engagement and research /evaluation are key threads of her past and current work.
